Dear
I am very interested in your sharing of hiking information and actvities that is so healthy to the people.
But just read the news of 「紫蘿蘭山徑」人龍奇觀 (6/5/2001), I have some comments. You mentioned that the children has get shrimps or fishes and become happy, I don't agree. You know, in hong kong, the youngster are already lacking of the care and respect. Why don't edcuate them to enjoy in view and learning the interest of the nature, instead of destroy the living ones.
I find that many Hong Kong people visiting the countryside or seaside would like to pick the flower, catch the insects, fishs and carried back to home or throw away after playing for a while. No matter how small those creatures are.
Maybe you feel that I am too serious but just imagine the consequence if everyone go to do so. (You see why no large fish found in HOng Kong seadside, because of, of course, poor water quality but also catching every sizes of baby fishes, unlike the fishing restriction in foreign countries)
My comment is to build the caring and correct atitude to the members, started from the young ones.
Cheers, wish all success to this website.
With great support
